This Summer, I had the pleasure of working with eight incredible business leaders during a VIP 90 Minute Laser Coaching Session designed to help you identify 1-2 things you need to work on to grow your business sustainably, attract dream clients, and create long-term impact—without the burnout.


Today, I want to share a behind-the-scenes look at the process we followed and some of the powerful transformations that happened during our time together. Notice, though there is some overlap, each business owner needed something unique for them, no cookie-cutter approach!


Understanding the Buyer’s Journey

We began by diving deep into the stages of the buying process, from symptom awareness to purchase decision. One client, Sarah, realized her messaging was speaking to everyone but not to her ideal client’s specific pain points. After clarifying her buyer's journey, she saw a 30% increase in lead conversions in just two weeks!


Creating Evergreen Content with SEO

Evergreen content is the gift that keeps on giving. During our session, John focused on creating SEO-rich blog posts that will attract clients long after they’re published. By the end of the month, he had three fully optimized articles, and one had already started ranking on Google. His site traffic jumped by 25%!


Building Systems for Sustainable Growth

We worked on creating streamlined systems for business growth. Maria realized she was spending too much time on repetitive tasks, so we implemented systems to automate her client onboarding process. By the end of the month, she had saved over 10 hours per week—time she’s now using to focus on higher-level strategy!


Client Attraction Marketing (Without Social Media)

Getting visible without social media can seem daunting, but it’s possible! We explored ways to connect with clients through email marketing, partnerships, and SEO. Emily decided to pause her social media efforts and focused on building her email list. She grew her list by 150 people in just 30 days, and one of her emails led directly to a new client!


Crafting an Aligned Marketing Plan

It’s important that your marketing reflects how you want to show up in your business. During our month together, Kris honed in on their core values and built a marketing plan that feels authentic to their business and the life they wanted to lead. Their confidence skyrocketed and has already seen an increase in engagement from their audience.


Creating Content That Gets You Seen, Heard, and Paid

One of the biggest breakthroughs came when we worked on crafting content that not only attracts attention but leads to action. Olivia revamped her sales page and emails using my signature content framework, and she booked three new clients within a week of implementing the changes!


Building a Home Page That Speaks to Your Brand

Your home page is often the first impression you make. Jax revamped his home page to better communicate his brand’s value and why clients should work with him. He reported a significant drop in bounce rate and an uptick in inquiry calls.


Turning Hard Conversations into “Daring” Conversations

We worked on role-playing difficult conversations, transforming them into what I call “daring conversations”—ones that open up space for honesty, connection, and growth. Sandy practiced how to approach these discussions with empathy, clarity, and confidence. After just one session of role-playing, she felt prepared to have a long-postponed conversation with a key team member.

When you're talking but no one's listening. Have you ever introduced yourself at a networking event… only to feel like people’s eyes glazed over? One of my clients put it perfectly: “Darlene, I share who I am and what I do, but it feels like I’m invisible. People nod politely and then move on.” She had so much value to offer. In fact, she is amazing at what she did. Yet, her introduction was all over the place. Some days she was talking to potential clients, other days to possible collaborators, and sometimes even she wasn’t sure what her main point was. And that’s why it felt like no one was listening. Why This Happens It’s not because you’re not experienced enough. It’s not because you’re not interesting enough. It’s because without clarity about who your audience is in the room and what you really want to say, your voice gets lost in the shuffle of business cards and conversations. Networking rooms are full of people competing for attention. If your message doesn’t connect directly... if it doesn’t make them pause, lean in and say, “Tell me more” ... it disappears before they even leave the event. The Shift When this client and I worked together, the first thing we did was get crystal clear about: Who she most wanted to reach in the room. What those people actually cared about. How her work specifically helped them. Once she had that clarity, her introductions started sounding different... more direct, more alive, more her. And the result? People leaned in. Instead of walking away, they asked questions. They followed up after the event. They booked time with her. Because when you find your voice and know exactly who you’re talking to, you stop being forgettable. You become someone people can’t ignore. This is exactly what we’ll be diving into in Session 1 of my Attract & Stand Out Framework: Getting clear on who your audience is. Knowing what you want to say. Communicating how you help in a way that truly connects... whether you’re introducing yourself in a room or on stage. It’s not just about having the words, it’s about the confidence to say them out loud too... with presence, authority, and ease. Could the right person in the room... your dream client or collaborator... hear you and say: “That’s me. She gets it”? ________________________________________________________ 🌀 Nervous System Regulator: The 4-7-8 Reset Feeling that anxious butterfly sensation before you introduce yourself? Try this right before you speak: Inhale quietly through your nose for a count of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Exhale slowly and fully through your mouth for a count of 8. Repeat this 3–4 times. It only takes a minute, but it tells your nervous system: You’re safe. You’ve got this.
